This project was heavily inspired by ScatterPatter's version of the Incorrect Quotes Generator - I would never have worked on this without having used their generator first and enjoyed it so like all credit to them for the idea and for finding a fair number of the quotes. I ended up attempting to adapt the project myself in Python back in high school and decided to use it to practice Javascript now, this is really more of just a fun experiment/recreation for me I'm not trying to claim it was an original idea or anything. I'm planning to add a few more features (and a lot more quotes) in time, but this has mostly been my attempt to get a hold of a lot of WebDev based concepts before trying to work on the rest of my website.
Credit for the quotes goes to various sources, I mostly sourced them from tumblr and other lists but sadly due to the submission based nature of a lot of the blogs that do incorrect quotes, it's often unclear where actual credit goes - so I'm very sorry I can't include that properly :/ - I'm planning to add a credit feature and add credits to as many quotes as I can but that may take a while.
